Preparation of annual operating budgets.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Weekly pricing calls with managers in order to set rental rates, specials, deposits, leasing criteria and leasing goals for each property.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Respond to and resolve any resident complaints and/or concerns communicated to the corporate office.
