This role involves working under the supervision of the Lead Carpenter to build and install set pieces, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This position requires a skilled individual with knowledge of theatrical set construction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span> Construct and assemble sets under the supervision of the Lead Carpenter.</p>\n<p> Build and install set pieces to the highest standards, following safety protocols and interpreting set designs.</p>\n<p>Collaborate with other team members and assist during load-ins and load-outs. </p>\n<p>Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</p>\n<p>Other duties as assigned </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS </span>Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools.</p>\n<p>Ability to read and interpret set designs and blueprints.</p>\n<p>Experience with theatrical set construction and assembly.</p>\n<p>Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.</p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</p>\n<p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<p>Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs</p>\n<p>Must be willing to work with students and volunteers</p>\n<p>Reliable transportation and/or a valid driver’s license is preferred</p>\n<p>Ability to drive a 26’ box truck is preferred</p>\n<p>*This job description is not comprehensive and is subject to change at any time </p>\n<p><br>HOW TO APPLY Complete application through https://barringtonstageco.bamboohr.com/careers/  No phone calls, please. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
