This position involves&nbsp;<strong>home and community-based work</strong>&nbsp;across the Greater Portland area, including Cumberland and York Counties.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a SEPC, you will:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul type=\"disc\">\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with CARES and BHN teams to assess needs and connect clients with services</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide crisis intervention, stabilization support, and short-term counseling</li>\r\n\t<li>Engage in outreach and re-engagement efforts to ensure ongoing care</li>\r\n\t<li>Educate clients and the community on prevention and recovery resources</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>\r\n\t<li>Support clients with basic needs, advocacy, and service navigation</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>This role includes participation in a&nbsp;<strong>rotating 24/7 coverage schedule</strong>&nbsp;shared with team members.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Starting Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$24.00 &ndash; $28.25 per hour.
