Your job is to ensure every cut is defect-free, on time, and eco-friendly. You’ll be the reason our customers smile and our scrap bin stays empty.<br><strong>The \"High-Light\" Reel of Your Day:</strong><ul><li><strong>The Set-Up:</strong> You’ll select the perfect lenses, load up the programs, and dial in the parameters like a high-tech DJ.</li><li><strong>Focal Point Pro:</strong> You’ll establish stop locations and adjust the beam's focal point with surgical precision.</li><li><strong>Master of the Machine:</strong> From the first morning start-up to the final shut-down, you’re in total control of the laser’s \"planned arrangements.\"</li><li><strong>Quality Crusader:</strong> You’ll evaluate and correct issues before they even happen. If it’s not perfect, it’s not leaving your station.</li></ul><br><strong>The \"Standard\" for Success</strong><br>We don't expect you to be a mind-reader, but we do expect you to be a willing learner!<ul><li><strong>The Ultimate Test:</strong> You’ll need to crush our general shop assessment with a <strong>100% score</strong> within your first week.
