The successful candidate will collaborate with web3 companies to design and implement robust tokenomic frameworks that drive ecosystem growth and sustainability. This role involves producing comprehensive reports and whitepapers that articulate the core principles, strategies, and mechanisms of token economies. The Senior Token Analyst will also develop valuation models, governance frameworks, and other critical elements to ensure the long-term success of our clients' projects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Conduct comprehensive ecosystem analyses, creating detailed reports covering all material aspects of the ecosystem</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Develop and refine litepapers outlining the core principles of proposed cryptoeconomic frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Create Excel-based token valuation models to capture and analyze financial and tokenized systems, testing system resilience across various macro environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Design and refine token economic systems, including incentive mechanisms, liquidity provisioning, and emissions schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Develop governance frameworks, covering on-chain and off-chain governance, community involvement, and participation methods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Parameterize variables and refine governance structures post-launch, addressing questions and refining project literature</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Support the development of whitepapers, providing unlimited iterations until they meet the standards for public presentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Actively research and stay at the forefront of emergent tokenomic models and trends in the web3 space</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Basic Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">3+ years of experience developing statistical, complex system, or valuation models</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Extensive experience and knowledge in Web3, including smart contracts, DAOs, tokens, blockchains, and cryptocurrency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Extensive experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield farming, issuing, burning, and staking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Working knowledge of common financial models including modern portfolio theory, generalized hyperbolic distributions and their subclasses, bonding curves, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing technical and non-technical staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Familiarity with common statistical tools such as Mathematica, Wolfram Alpha, and/or Excel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Degree in economics, computer science, math, or another quantitative discipline, or comparable experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">A motivated and driven self-starter</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Proficiency in additional programming languages and statistical software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Strong understanding of regulatory considerations
