This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment from pre-implementation through post-go-live support.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM implementations, with a major focus on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects</li><li>Define project scope, deliverables, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and budgets</li><li>Lead cross-functional implementation teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment at each project phase</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for business users, technical staff, sponsors, and third-party vendors/consultants</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage issues/risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to maintain project health and schedule</li><li>Facilitate system and process design sessions, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities</li><li>Ensure data migration, system configuration, integration, and customization tasks are executed effectively</li><li>Manage cutover and go-live activities, as well as post-launch stabilization and knowledge transfer to support teams</li><li>Track and report project status, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders</li></ul><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong><ul><li>5+ years of end-to-end project management experience with a strong focus on ERP and CRM implementations</li><li>Demonstrated success as a project manager or implementation manager on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional project teams</li><li>Solid understanding of business processes in finance, sales, supply chain, and customer operations</li><li>Experience developing detailed project plans, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency with common project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Gants Charts, Smartsheet, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable leading remote and onsite teams and coordinating with distributed vendor and partner resources</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certification</li><li>Experience implementing other leading ERP or CRM platforms</li><li>Experience within the Alarms industry</li><li>Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and change management best practices</li><li>Based in the Greater Boston area (ability to attend occasional onsite sessions as needed)</li></ul>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.",
