This is your opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects, partner with multidisciplinary teams, and lead the delivery of critical bridge and transportation improvements across the region.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage bridge transportation projects from development of project proposals through completion, delivering safe, resilient, and cost-effective solutions</li>\n <li>Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact</li>\n <li>Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors</li>\n <li>Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations</li>\n <li>Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan</li>\n <li>Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred</li>\n <li>Rail experience preferred</li>\n <li>CTDOT experience required</li>\n <li>Strong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage negotiations, scope, reports, and schedule of technical tasks</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project Schedule, and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with experienced transportation and structural professionals on complex bridge initiatives</li>\n <li>Engage in meaningful work that enhances mobility, safety, and long-term infrastructure performance</li>\n <li>Grow your career in a supportive environment that values mentorship, innovation, and leadership development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
