This role is a great fit for those passionate about mental health, recovery, and empowering young people to reach their potential.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br />\n&bull; Provide hands-on support with daily living skills such as personal care, meal planning, cooking, cleaning, money management, and community integration.<br />\n&bull; Assist young adults in developing and implementing individualized recovery plans, coordinating with treatment teams, natural supports, and community resources.<br />\n&bull; Deliver counseling, emotional support, and skill-building focused on independence, self-esteem, and quality of life.<br />\n&bull; Support residents through crisis intervention and ensure safety and well-being at all times, including overnight shifts.<br />\n&bull; Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and database entries.<br />\n&bull; Provide transportation and accompany residents to appointments, YAS events, and activities as needed.<br />\n&bull; Collaborate with clinical teams, nursing services, and outside providers to ensure comprehensive care.<br />\n&bull; Stay engaged, awake, and alert during all shifts, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong><br />\n&bull; Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who are committed to empowering young adults.<br />\n&bull; Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.<br />\n&bull; Understanding of (or willingness to learn) Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed practices, and integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders.<br />\n&bull; Experience in residential, mental health, or human services preferred (training provided).<br />\n&bull; Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation required.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Why Join BHcare?</strong><br />\nAt BHcare, you&rsquo;ll be part of a team dedicated to recovery, growth, and building brighter futures.
