Whether you have prior experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide paid hands-on training with our experienced installers to help you succeed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing</span></span></p>\n<p>As an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.</p>\n<p>Typical responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings</li>\n<li>Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment</li>\n<li>Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles</li>\n<li>Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed</li>\n<li>Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas</li>\n<li>Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards</li>\n<li>Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices</li>\n<li>Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment</li>\n<li>Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications We're Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work.</li>\n<li>Want to build a long-term career with us.</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with tools and reading measurements</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace)</li>\n<li>Construction or general labor experience is helpful but not required</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Get in Return:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Starting pay is $20.25 an hour during your training period</span></li>\n<li>Full-Time, Year-Round Position</li>\n<li>Paid training from our experienced Insulation Installers</li>\n<li>Growth opportunities within the company</li>\n<li>Guaranteed Sundays Off</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays after 30 days of employment</li>\n<li>Paid time off after vesting period with the company of 1 year</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, vision, and/or life insurance after 90 days of employment</li>\n<li>Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and want to be part of a strong team that takes pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you!
