What are the hours like?
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, Monday-Friday, occasional evenings as needed. Hybrid work opportunities are available following a successful completion of the 90-day introductory period. Apply today to discuss a schedule that works for you! What do we offer?

HR Administration: Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records. Prepare reports by gathering and compiling data. Assist with data entry and updates in HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings on job boards and company website. Screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates. Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluation. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. You’d be great for this role if you: Support and are passionate about providing children with education opportunities. Enjoy working with diverse groups of people. High School Diploma plus Human Resources experience; or Associate Degree in Business or related field; or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management.
