Are you motivated by creating sustainable change that benefits society and nature?</p><p>If this sounds good to you, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your excellence!&#xa0;Join our Environment and Health department as our new Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and work with our collaborative and ambitious team to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p>We invite you to bring your engineering experience into play as you continue to expand your career and make a direct impact with a team that addresses the remediation of environmentally impaired media, particularly soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor. <u>To succeed in this role, you must be a registered PE and have 10+ years of environmental work experience, ranging from site characterization through remedial implementation and site closure.</u></p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will join our global Environmental Health and Safety team that supports clients with a wide range of complex and challenging environmental issues.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with and support interdisciplinary engineering design teams to develop and implement multi-discipline solutions for soil, groundwater, sediment, and vapor remediation projects, using in-situ and ex-situ technologies&#xa0;</li><li><p>Participates in project scoping, costing, proposal preparation, and client presentations&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Establishes work procedures/sequences and develops schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and vendor/subcontractor lists&#xa0;</p></li><li>Significant role or independently manages proposal preparation related to service lines/spearheads, sectors, key accounts and/or growth initiatives&#xa0;</li><li><p>Preparation of contract/design drawings, specifications, and bid documents for environmental remediation projects&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Plan, design, and manage/execute fieldwork to support remedial designs (e.g., sampling of soil, sediment, groundwater, and vapor, and quality assurance activities for remedial construction)&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Review and analyze the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate project status and compliance&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>As part of the&#xa0;Environmental Health &amp; Safety team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. You will work with all levels of technical expertise from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $151,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
