    "description": "<p>New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranches is a non-denominational Christian organization providing residential care, foster placement, and OP counseling to families of children placed at The Ranches as well as to families working to avoid out-of-home placement for their teens.</p>\n<p>This position is based out of our (south of) Belen, NM location. This licensed counselor/therapist will work with adolescents and their families providing individual, family, and group counseling and case management for the foster program. Depending on the need,</p>\n<p>Some evening hours and on-call hours are possible.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 weeks paid vacation/year</li>\n<li>Earned Sick Leave (ESL)</li>\n<li>Paid health insurance</li>\n<li>Paid life insurance</li>\n<li>Paid long-term disability (LTD) </li>\n<li>Dental reimbursement plan</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work with clients based on need – with no insurance requirements</li>\n<li>As well as other optional benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual, family, and group counseling</li>\n<li>No insurance billing required (all services Donor Paid)</li>\n<li>Provide community education programs as needed</li>\n<li>Provide case management to foster families and children in their care </li>\n<li>Maintain program files</li>\n<li>Learn to perform S.A.F.E home studies and updates</li>\n<li>Assist with recruiting, training, and qualifying potential foster parents</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral, written, interviewing, and crisis intervention skills</li>\n<li>Ability to provide various modalities of therapy with creativity</li>\n<li>The ability to work in a multicultural collaborative team environment</li>\n<li>Master’s level counseling/social work degree</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>New Mexico - LMHC, LPCC, MSW, LISW, LCSW, or LMFT Licensure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not required but bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but only English is required</li>\n<li>S.A.F.E-trained certified a plus but can be completed once on-board</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$42,000 - $48,000 DOE for entry-level clinicians</li>\n<li>$52,000 - $62,000 DOE for independently licensed clinicians</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation$52,000 - $62,000 yearly DOE<br></p>",
