    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Blending compound formulation per baseline recipe<br/>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review MPE &amp; ATP test data, release compound for FA / production<br/>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage chemical TDS, receiving inspection, shelf life, Manage inventory level<br/>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Order Masterbatch &amp; other material, review master batch testing result, communicate with compound supplier<br/>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working with production, monitoring molding process and molding OIS&nbsp;<br/>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Backup for MPE testing technician when needed<br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>ABILITIES AND BEHAVIORAL FACTORS:</u></p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good engineering training in document changes, manage database and documentation<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good training in research information to resolve problem&nbsp;<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good communication skill, with customer, supplier and coworker<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</u> (Schooling and/or equivalent experience required)</p>\n<p>Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering and 2-10 years experience in a product development environment.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Experience in compounding and rubber related manufacturing geared towards fatigue life improvements and aerospace applications.</p>\n<p><br/><u>OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:&nbsp;</u> (Other job-related characteristics needed to perform this job)<br/>Able and willing to support production whenever needed<br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>Salary range</u>: $90,000 to $110,000</p>\n<p>Local candidates at this time.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
