In addition, we offer highly competitive compensation and great benefits</span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:7px; margin-right:7px\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:7px; margin-right:7px\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:18px\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Essential Functions</span></strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Evaluate patients&rsquo; intraoral &amp; peri-oral hard and soft tissue condition; including caries, endodontic/periodontal pathology, soft tissue and developmental pathology.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Diagnose and treat Emergency Dental situations such as toothaches, broken teeth/restorations, dislodged crown/bridges, broken off denture teeth etc.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Develop patient treatment plan; including Preventative, endodontic, Periodontal, Restorative, Prosthetic and follow up care.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Refer out complex Endodontic, Surgical and Periodontal treatment. Perform and complete the remaining portion of treatment plan.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Typically, all or nearly all of the treatment plan should be done &quot;in house&quot;.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">The specific procedures which the applicant is expected to be proficient in and expected to perform are: amalgam and composite restorations, single and double canal Endodontic therapy, extraction of erupted teeth and roots either routinely or simple surgical procedures. prophylaxis, periodontal scaling &amp; root planing.</span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">A significant portion of the applicant&rsquo;s responsibility will be Pediatric Dentistry without Nitrous Oxide. This will include Preventative, Restorative and Surgical care on cooperative children.
