This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate excavators and loaders to move, load, and transport waste materials at various sites</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Follow site plans and instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment</li><li>Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations</li><li>Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any issues encountered</li><li>Assist in site clean-up and organization as needed</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, preferably in the waste management or construction industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of excavator and loader operation, maintenance, and safety procedures</li><li>Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment</li><li>Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and operating heavy equipment</li><li>Shifts may vary, 40+ hours per week (overtime available)</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
