Leadership of Operations Management Team</strong></p>\n<p>The Vice President of Operations is accountable for the effectiveness and accountability of the Construction Director, Service Director, and Project Manager.</p>\n<p>This includes accountability for:</p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Clear role definition and performance expectations for each direct report</li>\n<li>Coaching leaders to manage through systems, KPIs, and cadence</li>\n<li>Enforcing accountability without bypassing the chain of command</li>\n<li>Developing leadership depth and succession readiness</li>\n\n<p><strong>3. Project Management Control</strong></p>\n<p>The Vice President of Operations is accountable for disciplined project execution across applicable work.</p>\n<p>This includes accountability for:</p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Clear project ownership and authority</li>\n<li>Standardized project lifecycle control (authorization → plan → execute → close)</li>\n<li>Schedule integrity and scope control</li>\n<li>Prevention of undocumented or unpaid work</li>\n\n<p><strong>4. Operational Planning &amp; Coordination</strong></p>\n<p>The Vice President of Operations is accountable for ensuring work is planned realistically and executed reliably.</p>\n<p>This includes accountability for:</p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Capacity planning across construction and service operations</li>\n<li>Coordination between project management and field execution</li>\n<li>Prevention of overcommitment and reactive rescheduling</li>\n<li>Maintaining a consistent operational cadence</li>\n\n<p><strong>5. Process Ownership &amp; Standardization</strong></p>\n<p>The Vice President of Operations is accountable for defining and enforcing the company’s operational standard work.</p>\n<p>This includes accountability for:</p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Defining SOPs for critical operational functions</li>\n<li>Ensuring SOPs are trained, used, and enforced</li>\n<li>Eliminating variation that creates inefficiency or risk</li>\n<li>Supporting continuous improvement without disrupting execution</li>\n\n<p><strong>6.
