We utilize our technical knowledge, experience, and resourcefulness to improve efficiency and enhance client value, while providing unprecedented communication and transparency with our clients and project partners.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Montante Construction is an affiliate of Montante Group.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p>In this position, the Carpenter, a member of our Self Perform team, will work in conjunction with the project manager and project superintendent to deliver construction projects safely, on schedule and within budget.  The Carpenter will be responsible for executing efficient production activities and duties as assigned by the project team.  A successful candidate is willing and adaptable to meet the needs of the projects we build and will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work independently to install cold-formed or wood framing, and/or install millwork, ceilings, doors, frames, or hardware.</li>\n<li>Ensure that project safety measures are always maintained.</li>\n<li>Clearly communicate any concerns to the project team specific to project safety, quality and/or schedule.</li>\n<li>Assist the property management and/or solar teams on an as needed basis with tasks that may include minor carpentry support, clean-up, and painting.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by project management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 - 10 years of experience working in commercial construction, required</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 or 30 safety training preferred, OSHA 10 certification will be assigned upon hire.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50lbs regularly.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge and practice of OSHA safety standards.</li>\n<li>General knowledge of carpentry work including basic cold formed or wood framing, and the installation of millwork, doors, frames, ceilings, &amp; hardware.</li>\n<li>Ability to work as an adaptable team player with independent accountability on assigned tasks</li>\n<li>Positive, timely, and clear communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Total Compensation:</span></p>\n<p>Montante Construction offers a competitive total compensation package including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base wages, reviewed annually with bonus potential</li>\n<li>A comprehensive benefit package including medical insurance with employer contribution towards premium, medical opt out credit, employer paid life and long-term disability insurance!</li>\n<li>401k Retirement Plan with up to 4% employer match on contributions</li>\n<li>Voluntary Dental and Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) in year one, increasing with years of service, and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Financial insurance protection options which include short- and long-term disability, accidental death &amp; dismemberment insurance, critical illness and accident insurance, legal and identity theft options, and pet insurance</li>\n<li>Training &amp; Professional Development opportunities</li>\n<li>Community and Employee engagement events and initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
