Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li>Leads Ownership of 3M’s E/E Technology &amp; Solution Roadmap. Turn industry trends into 3M end-to-end E/E architecture solutions by shifting customer engagement toward system-level problem solving vs. product selection</li></ul><ul><li>Implements modular, platform-based EE architecture 3M solutions that enable reuse across customers, regions, and product lines.</li></ul><ul><li>Determines white spaces including Future E/E architecture concepts tied to Pre-RFQ and platform definition</li><li>Supports business by driving R&amp;D investment priorities including Technology incubation and seeding through M&amp;A or partnership needs and opportunities (where gaps exist) to deliver first to market concepts and unlocking new revenue opportunities for 3M</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b><br />To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (completed and verified before start)</li><li>Ten (10) years&#39; experience in end-to-end solutions architecture with customer engagement experience <span>in a private, public, government or military environment </span></li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li>Master’s degree highly desired</li><li>15&#43; years of customer engagement experience to drive business opportunities</li><li>Skills include deep EE architecture knowledge especially in automotive, customer presentation, business acumen, product portfolio understanding</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location: </b></p><ul><li><b>Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Livonia, MI.</b></li></ul><p><b>Travel: May include up to 20% global</b></p><p><b>Relocation: May be authorized</b></p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being </b></p></div> <p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
