    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Vice President, Fullstack Engineer </strong>to join our&nbsp;Engineering Hub&nbsp;team. This role is located in Pune.</span></p><p><span><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions for our AI Hub platform serving global business units</span></li><li><span>Spearhead the development and integration of AI/ML capabilities into core business workflows across the enterprise, driving automation and intelligent decision-making</span></li><li><span>Provide strategic technical consulting to IT leadership and senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements</span></li><li><span>Architect and implement cloud-native AI solutions leveraging modern frameworks, microservices, and containerization technologies</span></li><li><span>Develop and champion best practices for writing clean, testable, and efficient code across frontend and backend systems</span></li><li><span>Drive automation initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure-as-code for AI/ML workloads</span></li><li><span>Establish robust code quality standards through comprehensive reviews, static analysis, and performance optimization</span></li><li><span>Ensure adherence to security principles, data protection regulations, and industry compliance standards (SOX, regulatory reporting, AI governance)</span></li><li><span>Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI technologies</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones to deliver integrated AI solutions</span></li><li><span>Own the AI modernization roadmap for the AI Hub platform while ensuring zero disruption to client delivery commitments</span></li><li><span>Balance innovation with operational stability—enabling AI-driven efficiencies without compromising production SLAs</span></li><li><span>Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions</span></li><li><span>Drive platform scalability and resilience to support future growth and evolving AI/ML needs across the enterprise</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>15 + years of experience in leadership, &nbsp;technology &amp; talent strategy with a track record of improving delivery performance and operational maturity at scale.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a complex and matrix global organizational structure working with non-linear leadership roles and work both with control and influence</span></li><li><span>Exceptional global stakeholder management and influence skills; ability to align senior leaders and technical teams across functions and geographies.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of modern software engineering, agile ways of working, platform operating models and pragmatic governance in regulated environments.</span></li><li><span>Proven expertise in execution metrics and analytics; ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and sustained improvements.</span></li><li><span>Significant experience designing and operating vendor engagement models, governance, commercial discipline, and outcome-based delivery (pods/product teams).</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent</span></li></ul>",
