You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.</b></p>\n<p><b>Role Overview</b></p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<b>Software Engineer</b>&nbsp;is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and releasing applications, platform capabilities, and integrations that support the organization’s technology solutions.</p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the&nbsp;<b>design and development</b>&nbsp;of new solutions, as well as enhancements, updates, and issue resolution for existing systems.</li>\n <li>Contribute across the&nbsp;<b>software development lifecycle (SDLC)</b>, with a focus on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.</li>\n <li>Follow established&nbsp;<b>coding standards and best practices</b>, contributing through hands-on coding.</li>\n <li>Develop&nbsp;<b>unit tests and automated test scripts</b>&nbsp;in support of a test-driven development (TDD) approach.</li>\n <li>Leverage coding assistants (e.g.,&nbsp;<b>GitHub Copilot, Claude Code</b>) for code generation, review, and test creation (good to have).</li>\n <li>Build&nbsp;<b>rapid prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs)</b>&nbsp;to validate new ideas and solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">\n <b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;<b>Computer Science, Engineering</b>, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).</li>\n <li>Typically&nbsp;<b>2+ years of experience</b>&nbsp;developing products and platforms using front-end, back-end, or full-stack technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">\n <b>Technical Skills &amp; Competencies</b>\n</div>\n<p><b>Core Engineering Skills</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of all phases of the&nbsp;<b>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</b>&nbsp;in a cloud-native environment.</li>\n <li>Experience developing software using&nbsp;<b>Java, Python</b>, or other object-oriented programming languages.</li>\n <li>Experience with&nbsp;<b>modern UI frameworks</b>&nbsp;such as Angular or React.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Architecture &amp; Integration</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with: \n  <ul>\n   <li><b>Event-driven architecture</b></li>\n   <li><b>End-to-end UI/API integration</b></li>\n   <li>API paradigms such as&nbsp;<b>REST, gRPC, and GraphQL</b></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Data &amp; Platforms</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of: \n  <ul>\n   <li><b>Caching technologies</b></li>\n   <li>Database platforms such as&nbsp;<b>Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL</b></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>AI / Emerging Technologies (Preferred)</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on experience with: \n  <ul>\n   <li><b>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</b></li>\n   <li><b>Generative AI technologies</b></li>\n   <li><b>AI agent development</b></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Additional Competencies</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;<b>coding best practices</b>, UI and back-end architectures</li>\n <li>Excellent&nbsp;<b>problem-solving and debugging skills</b></li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with&nbsp;<b>geographically distributed teams</b></li>\n <li>Demonstrates a strong sense of&nbsp;<b>ownership, accountability, and urgency</b></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. &nbsp;All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. &nbsp;All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
