They put them to bed. They are the center of all creative activity. Project Management is a discipline as skilled and unique as creative and branding. They ensure exceptional creative is completed on time and on budget.</p><p>Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agency’s success.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a scale of creative projects from intake to completions, such as single digital and print collateral pieces, high-volume digital asset production, large-scale employer brand and career websites projects, and more</li><li>Liaise with the resource coordinator, creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines</li><li>Serve as client contact for creative projects in close collaboration with the client service and website vendor partner teams</li><li>Manage the day-to-day deliverables for assigned projects</li><li>Remain flexible and adjust project plans for a variety of project scopes and processes to meet the needs, goals, and deadlines of assigned projects</li><li>Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency</li><li>Manage creative team workload and project resource needs in project management system</li><li>Flag immediately and appropriately when project needs or openings arise</li><li>Perform other duties as may be assigned</li></ul>",
