In this role, you will take ownership of key elements of the monthly financial close, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting for our Nordic entities.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for preparing month‑end accruals, managing intercompany billing and reconciliations, reviewing financial data from our outsourced transactional accounting provider, and performing more complex accounting tasks that require strong technical understanding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, international environment and enjoys both hands‑on work and analytical problem‑solving.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute monthly closing activities for the Nordic entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.</li>\n<li>Prepare and review accruals, provisions, and other month‑end journal entries.</li>\n<li>Prepare intercompany billing, reconciliations, and documentation across the group.</li>\n<li>Review and validate accounting data processed by the external shared‑services provider, ensuring quality and completeness.</li>\n<li>Support balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting packages.</li>\n<li>Resolve accounting issues and collaborate closely with local teams, group finance, and outsourced accounting partners.</li>\n<li>Assist with audits, tax requirements, and other compliance-related deliverables.</li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen internal controls in the Nordics finance environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant degree in economics</li>\n<li>Experience in accounting or controlling, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accrual accounting and intercompany processes.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with outsourced accounting models.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Nordic language skills beneficial but not required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
