This role will support global FP&amp;A coordination with a path to broader global ownership driving financial visibility, improving forecast process and accuracy, driving financial visibility through Power BI, enhancing profitability, and supporting value creation initiatives across the business.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position plays a critical role in translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve EBITDA performance, cash flow, and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and modeling capabilities, an understanding of manufacturing operations, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Planning, Forecasting &amp; Performance Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead monthly financial performance analysis, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and cash flow versus budget, forecast, prior year, and management targets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and present clear, concise financial reporting packages for senior leadership, highlighting key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly forecast updates with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and speed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reporting, Process Improvement &amp; Systems</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enhance financial reporting processes, tools, and dashboards to improve accuracy, automation, and timeliness of information.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help standardize FP&amp;A processes, metrics, and reporting across the global organization to support scalable growth and stronger decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Improve data quality and reporting consistency across finance and operational systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support preparation of materials for executive leadership, lenders, board reporting, and private equity stakeholders as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Commercial &amp; Operational Analysis</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide margin, pricing, backlog, and Percentage of Completion (POC) analysis to sales that support data-driven decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze product line, customer, channel, and market segment profitability to identify opportunities for margin expansion and portfolio optimization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate key manufacturing and operational metrics, including labor efficiency, material cost trends, absorption, and productivity, to improve plant and business performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assess business risks and opportunities through scenario analysis, including volume, pricing, inflation, mix, labor availability, and backlog conversion.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Cost Control &amp; Value Creation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with SG&amp;A, operations, and R&amp;D leaders to improve expense transparency, spending discipline, and alignment with strategic priorities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and help execute cost optimization opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support pricing, sourcing, and operational improvement initiatives through financial analysis and business case development.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Strategic Finance Partnership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a trusted finance business partner to global sales and executive leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner cross-functionally to improve business processes, drive accountability, eliminate waste, and enhance profitability across the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support key value creation initiatives including margin expansion, cost optimization, and working capital improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide financial leadership and actionable recommendations to help business leaders achieve growth, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA/MA preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">8+ years of progressive FP&amp;A experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Excel skills required;
