Explore some of our signature projects. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll be challenged to do:</strong> </p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated <strong>Structural Engineer</strong> who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creativity, delivering efficient, buildable, and well-coordinated structural solutions that meet client goals and project challenges.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have demonstrated professional experience in structural engineering and will contribute to projects spanning a diverse range of building and infrastructure types - including transit facilities, government and higher education buildings, industrial structures, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.</p>\n<p><strong>In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and review structural design and analysis calculations for steel, concrete, and other materials.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed construction drawings and documents for a variety of structures, including transit facilities, industrial buildings, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and other facility-related structures.</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive contract documents, including plans, details, and technical specifications.</li>\n <li>Review and respond to construction submittal, such as shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor requests for information.</li>\n <li>Conduct structural field observations and assessments for both existing and new structures.</li>\n <li>Prepare clear, concise engineering reports summarizing analyses, findings, and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Develop and interpret finite element models to evaluate complex structural behavior.</li>\n <li>Apply strong technical expertise in steel and concrete design; experience with masonry and wood structures is a plus.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate broad knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, materials, and construction practices.</li>\n <li>Utilize a strong understanding of applicable codes, technologies, and design standards to ensure quality and compliance.</li>\n <li>Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.</li>\n <li>Take initiative to identify solutions, conduct technical research, and improve design efficiency.</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively as a proactive, team-oriented contributor.</li>\n <li>Maintain focus on quality, schedule, and budget throughout project delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What you will bring to our firm:</strong><strong> </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering is required.</li>\n <li>PE certification is required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a structural design engineer on buildings, transit, or other similar related structural projects.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with RISA, ETABS, SAP2000, RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, STAAD, Mathcad, TEDDS and other structural engineering analysis and design related software. </li>\n <li>Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000.
