          "text": "<p>Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania seeks an energetic and passionate Special Education Teacher to serve young children with disabilities within our Approved Private School (APS) preschool program at the Philadelphia location.</p><p>The Special Education Teacher will:</p><ul><li><p>Lead the classroom team, including classroom assistants, to ensure consistent implementation of lesson plans, student supports, and a safe, positive learning environment.</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction and strategies to meet individual needs.</p></li><li><p>Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote academic, social, and developmental growth.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with related service providers (OT, PT, SLP, etc.) to integrate therapeutic and educational supports throughout the school day.</p></li><li><p>Communicate regularly with families about student progress, IEP goals, and strategies for continued growth at home.</p></li><li><p>Support students’ personal care and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive classroom setting.</p></li></ul><p>This position offers the opportunity to join a well-established program that values teamwork, professional growth, and the joy of helping young children with disabilities thrive.</p>",
