    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Krypton is seeking a motivated individual, holding either a Higher School Certificate or a graduate‑level qualification, to join our team as entry‑level Associate in Fund Services (Private Equity). This role provides structured training and exposure to fund services activities, with the expectation that the successful candidate will gradually progress from basic operational tasks to more complex accounting and reporting responsibilities over time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Primary Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the team in day‑to‑day operational support for fund servicing activities.</li>\n<li>Support the implementation and application of established policies and procedures in daily operations.</li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining client relationships and provide support in handling investor and third‑party queries under supervision.</li>\n<li>Learn and utilize company software and tools to support system operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Role</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with wire payments and account transfers via internet banking platforms, subject to internal controls and approvals.</li>\n<li>Maintain and update records within the centralized database, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li>\n<li>Support the completion of Regulatory surveys</li>\n<li>Prepare and ensure timely filing of monthly PAYE, TDS, CSG returns</li>\n<li>Participate in the preparation of management accounts on a quarterly and annual basis</li>\n<li>Contribute to fund accounting tasks under supervision, including Net Asset Value (NAV) preparation, maintenance of books and records, capital call and distribution calculations, and other services relevant to closed‑ended funds.</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting  </li>\n<li>Assist on audit queries and compile required information</li>\n<li>Such other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications and skills Required:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher School Certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline would be advantageous.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization</li>\n</ul>",
