We also offer IT, VoIP, and CyberSecurity services to a range of clients. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description</span></p>\n<p>Stimulus Technologies is seeking a dependable and technically skilled Tower Climber / Wireless Installer &amp; IT Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless communication systems and network infrastructure. This role blends hands-on tower work with wireless installation and foundational IT/network support. Fiber optic experience is a plus.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, has experience installing wireless equipment, and possesses a solid understanding of IT and networking systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tower Climbing &amp; Wireless Installation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Climb telecommunications towers (200–500+ ft) to install, maintain, and upgrade antennas, radios, and cabling</li>\n<li>Install and align wireless equipment including microwave dishes, LTE/5G radios, and access points</li>\n<li>Perform cabling (coax, power, grounding) and weatherproofing</li>\n<li>Follow all safety protocols and perform site inspections</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wireless &amp; Network Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and configure wireless backhaul and point-to-point/point-to-multipoint systems</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot signal, interference, and connectivity issues</li>\n<li>Assist with commissioning and testing of wireless networks</li>\n<li>Work with RF and networking teams to optimize system performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT &amp; Technical Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices</li>\n<li>Support basic LAN/WAN infrastructure and IP connectivity issues</li>\n<li>Assist with device setup, firmware updates, and remote access systems</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation of network configurations and installations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fiber Optics (Preferred / Plus)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with basic fiber installation, termination, or troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Perform testing using power meters or other tools (if experienced)</li>\n<li>Work alongside fiber teams when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in tower climbing and/or wireless equipment installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver’s license</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred (Nice to Have)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fiber optic experience (splicing, testing, or installation)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Certifications such as:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OSHA 10/30</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ComTrain or tower safety certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with ISP, WISP, or telecom environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and in a team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attention to safety and detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good communication and documentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adaptability in fast-paced field environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to climb towers and work at significant heights</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift and carry 50–75 lbs of equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work outdoors in varying weather conditions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Alignment with Core Values</span><br></p>\n<p>At Stimulus Technologies, our core values define how we work.
