    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Peraton has an opportunity for you to join our military intelligence program(s) of record to deliver, operate and sustain modernized, transformed data science/ data analysis environments worldwide that enable speedy and precise decision making to warfighters.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities: </u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Expert Analytic Methodologist – Object Based Intelligence (OBI) </strong>supports the development of analytic strategies to resolve key intelligence questions for mission-driven requirements.  This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Analytic Methodologist specifically:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with ambiguous information, deconstruct key questions, suggest methodologies, develop data schema to structured observations, and support visualization of applicable data.</li>\n <li>Identify and evaluate a wide range of existing methods, models, and algorithms.</li>\n <li>Identify retrieve, manipulate, relate, and / or exploit structured data sets from all available sources.</li>\n <li>Utilize scripts and visual analytic modeling tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable, widely applicable implementation.</li>\n <li>Implement combined empirical or quantitative methods with data analysis for intelligence production.</li>\n <li>Evaluate the capabilities and limitations of analytic methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>OBI specifically:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain domain-specific ontologies to enable semantic representation of data inputs.</li>\n <li>Facilitate the integration of data sources and interoperability.</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain knowledge graphs leveraging domain-specific ontologies.</li>\n <li>Support advanced data querying, data visualization, and integration of intelligence functions via OBI standards.</li>\n <li>Apply semantic web standards (e.g. RDF, OWL, SPARQL) to knowledge model entities, relationships, and vocabulary in accordance with industry and government data standards.</li>\n <li>Establish processes for ontology version control, change management, stakeholder and governance review.</li>\n <li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IC and DoD policies and standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to enhance semantic data retrieval and reasoning across knowledge graphs through development and optimization of data queries via multiple protocols (e.g. GraphQL, SPARQL, SHACL, SQL).</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to validate and refine exploratory efforts to automate ontologies and associated components.</li>\n <li>Ensure semantic accuracy, relevance, and interoperability with existing knowledge modeling and knowledge graph capabilities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to evaluate effectiveness of exploratory efforts to automate ontology and associated component generation leveraging qualitative and quantitative metrics.</li>\n <li>Support capability development by contributing, editing, and storing ontologies and knowledge models in Government owned/controlled source version control repositories.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics or Mathematics, with a minimum of 20 years of work experience.</li>\n <li>Understanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.</li>\n <li>Expertise in analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.</li>\n <li>Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctorate in a relevant field, such as Statistics or Mathematics.</li>\n <li>Intelligence Fundamentals Certification for All Source Analyst.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD), to include ICD203, Analytic Standards.</li>\n <li>Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Security Clearance: </u></strong></p>\n<p>This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance. </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
