Ltd, we don’t just price projects — we price possibility.  As a leader in energy efficiency and large-scale refurbishment, we’re trusted by clients to deliver transformational work that makes homes warmer, safer, and more sustainable.  We’re now looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our pricing and pre-construction function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our bids and the future of our pipeline.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Why this role?</span></p>\n<p>Because this is your chance to be part of a company that:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Empowers change in the communities we work with</li>\n<li>Values expertise and gives you space to lead with confidence</li>\n<li>Builds long-term relationships based on trust, collaboration, and performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You’ll work closely with our pre construction team and  operational leads to ensure our pricing is sharp, competitive, and aligned with our uncompromising standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What you’ll be doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the preparation of accurate, commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions</li>\n<li>Support in the management of pre-construction processes across a range of public sector refurbishment and energy efficiency projects</li>\n<li>Reviewing tender documentation and developing cost plans and methodologies</li>\n<li>Working with internal stakeholders to identify risks, innovations, and value-engineering opportunities</li>\n<li>Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing</li>\n<li>Presenting tender strategies and outcomes to senior leadership</li>\n<li>Helping mentor and develop junior team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<p>We’re after a strategic thinker and a detail-driven professional — a confident estimator with sharp commercial instincts, deep industry knowledge, and the drive to deliver work that stands up to scrutiny and makes a real impact.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">You’ll bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in construction/refurbishment</li>\n<li>A solid understanding of housing retrofit, refurbishment or social housing frameworks</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and technical ability — plus clear written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>Experience working with estimating software and Excel</li>\n<li>A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions</li>\n<li>The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-trust environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Why join A.C.
