Building a high-trust and high-performance culture is important to us and we are proud to be Great Place to Work® CertifiedTM. Our state-of-the-art office, located in the World Trade Centre in Chennai, offers our growing team space for expansion and collaboration.  </p>\n<h1><strong>Location</strong></h1>\n<p>Chennai, India - Office Based</p>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>As a member of our Consulting Team, you understand our customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and you are committed to helping our customers solve complex challenges in the distributed value chain that is prevalent in manufacturing today.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2></h2>\n<h2><strong>What you will do</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role you will support and enable the consulting team in the different phases of the project including problemdefinition, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.</li>\n <li>Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and in developing requiredspecifications documentation.</li>\n <li>Support Solution Architects by providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining Kinaxisbest practices</li>\n <li>Provide best possible design solutions post analysis to ensure the customer requirements are achieved.</li>\n <li>Continuously strive to understand Supply Chain industry trends and benchmark customer against the same.</li>\n <li>Continuously learning different concepts within Maestro product configuration.</li>\n <li>Conduct knowledge exchange sessions with the customer end users on the configured and deployed solutions</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure the value proposition aligned with the customer is achieved at each phase of the project</li>\n <li>Support to configure and build the application, process solution in line with the customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Support Technology Consultants in data management and data integration related activities.</li>\n <li>Support in conducting knowledge sessions for customer end users on the configured solution.</li>\n <li>Participate in documentation of solutions deployed in guidance with Solution Architects.</li>\n <li>Guide and mentor fellow consultants in project teams by sharing information of successful resolutions and riskmitigations</li>\n <li>Ensure honest and straightforward information is shared with the customer for taking objective decisions related tothe project</li>\n <li>Living Kinaxis India’s core values of being empowered and stronger together, which means taking responsibility foryour own actions while caring for your colleagues and the organization.</li>\n <li>There may be opportunities available to travel.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates with results-oriented mindset, focusing on improving client satisfaction and providing a very highstandard of service, driving towards Kinaxis’s success.</li>\n <li>3 - 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain software consulting role</li>\n <li>Sound knowledge in Supply Chain concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management,MRP, scheduling, etc.</li>\n <li>Strong intent to learn our first in class product “Maestro”</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced project environment and co-ordinate with members at all levels in an organization</li>\n <li>Highly adaptable professional, able to embrace teamwork in diverse and evolving work environments.</li>\n <li>Capability to lead by example, having the drive to think in an innovative way and have passion about newchallenges</li>\n <li>Ability to solve complex problems, think critically and make sound judgement decisions.</li>\n <li>A passion for working in customer facing roles that require high level of interpersonal, communication,facilitation and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing</li>\n <li>Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, JDA, etc… is an added advantage#LI-KJ</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>Work With Impact:</strong> Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
