  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Build trusting relationships with clients through outreach, engagement, and shared lived experience in recovery.</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate with clients to develop and support individualized recovery and wellness goals that promote self-determination and independence.</li><li><!--block-->Provide peer-based support, encouragement, and education to help clients access needed services such as mental health care, housing, financial assistance, and community resources.</li><li><!--block-->Accompany clients to appointments and assist with connecting to healthcare, social services, and recovery supports.</li><li><!--block-->Engage families and support networks in the recovery process when appropriate.</li><li><!--block-->Promote medication adherence, self-care, and wellness through education and collaborative problem-solving.</li><li><!--block-->Serve as a role model of recovery, resilience, and hope, encouraging client empowerment and progress toward personal goals.</li><li><!--block-->Partner with Community Support Specialists and other team members to share updates, coordinate care, and ensure safety and continuity of services.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet outreach and service expectations in accordance with agency standards.</li><li><!--block-->Provide transportation support when clinically indicated;&nbsp; driving is an essential function of this position&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Complete required state training, supervision, and certification processes (if not already certified)</li></ul>",
