Partners with executive leadership to align reimbursement strategies with organizational financial goals and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs the overall strategy and execution of reimbursement and cost reporting functions to ensure financial sustainability and compliance.</li>\n <li>Advises senior leadership on regulatory trends, reimbursement risks, and financial implications of payer and provider.</li>\n <li>Oversees the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of cost reports, third-party settlements, and financial statements.</li>\n <li>Evaluates the financial impact of clinical services and reimbursement methodologies; recommends opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Implement controls and monitors performance metrics to reduce risk and support audit readiness.</li>\n <li>Lead due diligence and reimbursement modeling for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.</li>\n <li>Serves as a key liaison with external auditors, payers, and regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Partners with clinical and operational leaders to align reimbursement practices with clinical strategies.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Accountant licensure relevant to state in which work is performed preferred.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master's degree in a related field required. </p></li>\n <li><p>Seven (7) years of technical experience required.</p></li>\n <li><p> Five (5) years of leadership/management experience required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Preferences</h2>\n<p>No Additional Preferences</p>\n<h2>About UAB St. Vincent’s</h2>\n<p>UAB St. Vincent’s, a proud part of UAB Medicine, is a trusted provider of health care, serving Alabama for more than 125 years.
