          "text": "<p>The Senior Data Analyst partners with internal teams to deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions that support product strategy and business decision making across Appcast. This role is responsible for the full analytics lifecycle, including exploring raw datasets, integrating external data sources, and developing insights, models, and reporting solutions that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.&#xa0;</p><p>**Please note that candidates for this role must be located in either CO, MA or AZ.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Stakeholder Analytics &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven insights and analytical solutions &#xa0;</li><li>Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences &#xa0;</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on analytics, measurement strategy, KPI development, performance optimization, and decision science methodologies &#xa0;</li><li>Support strategic decision-making through reporting, forecasting, experimentation, and ongoing business and product performance analysis &#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Data Exploration &amp; Querying</strong> &#xa0;</p><ul><li>Query large-scale datasets using SQL in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS Athena) &#xa0;</li><li>Explore, validate, and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability &#xa0;</li><li>Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities &#xa0;</li><li>Partner with Data Engineering teams to define and improve data pipelines and analytical workflows &#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Data Transformation &amp; Analysis </strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Clean, manipulate, and transform complex datasets using Python (e.g., pandas, numpy) &#xa0;</li><li>Build analytical frameworks and scalable reporting solutions for recurring business needs &#xa0;</li><li>Perform advanced analyses (ie. cohort analysis, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, etc) &#xa0;</li><li>Advocate for data quality, governance, and scalable analytical best practices &#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Advanced Analytics &amp; Modeling</strong> &#xa0;</p><ul><li>Develop forecasting models for volume, application trends, and business performance outcomes &#xa0;</li><li>Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate product effectiveness and support strategic initiatives &#xa0;</li><li>Design and support experimentation and measurement frameworks, including A/B testing and incrementality analysis &#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Data Product Development &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver custom data products (reports, dashboards, datasets, analytical tools) &#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure deliverables align with business and product objectives &#xa0;</li><li>Own projects end-to-end from intake and scoping to final presentation &#xa0;</li></ul>",
