From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal &mdash; they create unforgettable experiences.</p><p><strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"890\">YOUR ROLE</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Clean and maintain all upholstered furniture, area rugs, curtains, and fabric panels across multiple RDG properties</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Operate and maintain upholstery cleaning equipment, including steamers, extractors, and dryers, safely and effectively</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Inspect furnishings for stains, damage, or wear, and report repair needs to management</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Execute scheduled and preventative cleaning programs with minimal disruption to operations</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and service-ready within required timeframes</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Coordinate with Facilities and Maintenance teams to schedule services during appropriate hours</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Maintain accurate cleaning logs, maintenance records, and site condition reports</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Respond promptly and professionally to emergency cleaning requests</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols related to chemical handling and equipment use</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Transport tools and equipment safely between RDG locations as needed</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Ability to lift and move furniture, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks as required</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset</li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"2181\">This is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities.</li></ul><p><strong data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2199\">REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in upholstery, curtain, or carpet cleaning</li><li>Proficiency in commercial upholstery and textile cleaning equipment</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabric care standards and cleaning techniques</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel between locations as needed</li><li>Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Experience in hospitality or luxury environments preferred</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul></div>\n",
