    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>This part‑time, day‑shift Neurodiagnostic Technologist II role is based at Fishers Hospital and offers the opportunity to help build a brand‑new service line from the ground up. The position consists of three 8‑hour shifts each week and includes participation in an on‑call rotation.</strong></p><p><strong>The technologist will work both independently and alongside another Neurodiagnostic Tech, collaborating closely with the Neurologist and inpatient care teams. The hiring team is seeking someone who’s energized by joining a new program, comfortable adapting to evolving needs, and open to flexible scheduling.</strong></p><p>Prepares and provides neurophysiological testing and monitoring in the clinical, Neurotelemetry, and EMU settings according to departmental guidelines. Demonstrates knowledge/understanding of ICU, Epilepsy and seizure, neonatal and typical neurophysiological patterns. Works with a minimal degree of supervision when recording and monitoring patient data. &nbsp;Reports findings and triages patient care needs when necessary. &nbsp;Maintains high quality recordings and skilled in troubleshooting techniques. &nbsp;Collaborates with the continued growth of less experienced team members, shares knowledge, and precepts peers.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Graduate from a CAAHEP accredited Neurodiagnostic Program is preferred.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Requires a minimum of R.EEG T. or EP credentialing based on department requirements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Requires current BLS certification.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Requires ability to meet all requirements of competencies in which Registries are held.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Requires manual dexterity, visual acuity and the ability to concentrate for extended amounts of time under stressful conditions in order to properly and effectively administer Neurophysiological monitoring and testing.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Requires the ability to recognize neurological comprising conditions and communicate those conditions to assure appropriate actions are taken.</li></ul><p>Sound like a perfect match?
