Your attention to detail, customer service expertise, and organizational skills ensure smooth sales operations. By serving as a key point of contact, you make a meaningful impact on our fast-growing business.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<li><strong>Quoting and Documentation   </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Input customer quotes</li>\n <li>Request quotes from vendors</li>\n <li>Obtain submittals and vendor safety information</li>\n <li>Contact sales team and customers to obtain missing information</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Communication & Collaboration      </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate important feedback to sales, operations, and management</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer support through knowledge of our products and their applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>CRM & Data Management    </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and update our CRM program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Product Knowledge & Training</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously improve and maintain in-depth product knowledge</li>\n <li>Participate in product training to learn more and stay up to date with product knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Miscellaneous</strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Our Foundation in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as a sales administrator or sales support position </li>\n <li>Experience with CRM software </li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft office products</li>\n <li>Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes</li>\n <li>Must have strong communication skills </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work with multiple people to reach a resolution </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of FBM and the SBP industry is preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Reports To</u></strong></p>\n<p>Pricing Manager</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<p>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
