          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity.</strong></p><p>At Isaac Operations, our Campus Program is one of the most important ways we identify and develop future talent. We’re looking for a Sr Campus Attraction Coordinator to help us grow and evolve how we connect with students across Canada and the US.</p><p>This role is focused on building awareness, driving engagement, and generating a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates through creative, data-informed campus attraction strategies. You’ll help bring our employer brand to life across digital channels and in-person experiences, while partnering closely with universities, student groups, and internal stakeholders to execute an exceptional campus recruitment strategy.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do.</strong></p><ul><li>Support and execute campus attraction strategies across Canadian and US target schools</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with career centres, student organizations, and campus partners</li><li>Coordinate and execute campus events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other creative engagement initiatives</li><li>Develop and execute innovative ways to connect with students beyond traditional campus recruitment tactics</li><li>Support the creation and optimization of job postings, recruitment marketing materials, and digital campaigns</li><li>Analyze recruitment and engagement data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve pipeline generation</li><li>Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between attraction efforts and hiring needs</li><li>Travel to campuses across Canada and the US to support recruitment initiatives and events</li><li>Help ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the attraction stage</li></ul>",
