The role focuses on supporting FAs with business development, investment advisory resources, training, and sales enablement to drive AUM growth and ensure high-quality client outcomes.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>FA Relationship Management<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and train new Independent Financial Advisors.<br></li>\n<li>Provide investment support and guidance to FAs, including participation in client meetings.<br></li>\n<li>Monitor FA performance and support operational processes to drive AUM growth.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field<br></li>\n<li>3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory, or asset management.<br></li>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.<br></li>\n<li>IC Complex 1 or IP License (or willingness to obtain within timeframe).<br></li>\n<li>Analytical, service-minded, and collaborative, with a coaching mindset.</li>\n</ul>",
