    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO consulting with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or On-Premise) implementations.</li>\n<li>Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL), CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">and at least one of the following:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 42, 46); font-size: 12pt\"> Cash Management</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Capable of leading client workshops, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business and technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Practical experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and end-to-end project execution. </li>\n<li>Proven ability to work with clients across industries and translate business challenges into SAP solutions.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business and technical).</li>\n<li>Strong documentation capabilities (process flows, config rationale, test scripts, cutover plans).</li>\n<li>Self-driven and structured approach to task and time management.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize workstreams effectively. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members, leading functional delivery streams and experience conducting end-user training.</li>\n<li>SAP FI/CO certification preferred; understanding of Group Reporting, Treasury, or localization is a plus.</li>\n<li>Business-level English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Engagement &amp; Solution Design</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead fit-to-standard workshops and blueprint sessions for R2R (FI/CO) processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices.</li>\n<li>Guide clients in optimizing financial processes for scalability, compliance, and usability.</li>\n<li>Own the functional solution design, including cross-module (SD, MM, PS) and third-party system integration.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Design &amp; Documentation</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate complex business needs into functional designs, user stories, configuration, and test scenarios.</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including architecture diagrams, use cases, configuration guides, test scripts, and cutover plans.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Delivery &amp; Implementation</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases.</li>\n<li>Lead critical project activities such as UAT execution, cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness.</li>\n<li>Provide post-go-live support and stabilization, ensuring solution effectiveness and user adoption.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile Team Leadership</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the functional lead for the FI-CO stream within cross-functional Agile project teams.</li>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, and sprint reviews.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change impacts.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; Coordination</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with technical consultants and other functional streams to ensure seamless system integration and end-to-end performance.</li>\n<li>Handle change requests, issue resolution, and escalations independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentoring &amp; Knowledge Sharing</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor junior consultants by guiding their project contributions, allocating tasks, and supporting their learning.</li>\n<li>Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help standardize delivery practices across the FI-CO team.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pre-Sales &amp; Client Development</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Support RFI/RFP processes, including scoping, solution design input, estimation, and delivery of client presentations and demos.s.<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
