      "value": "<ul><li>Deliver high-quality, neuroaffirmative Autism and ADHD identification assessments for children (aged 7+) and adults, utilising gold-standard tools including ADOS-2 and ADI-R within a multidisciplinary diagnostic pathway.</li><li>Conduct initial Neurodiversity Consultations and deliver sensitive, neuroaffirmative feedback sessions, exploring presenting concerns and communicating outcomes in a collaborative and person-centred manner.</li><li>Complete biopsychosocial and multidisciplinary formulations, identifying and communicating relevant reasonable accommodations across educational, workplace and community settings.</li><li>Produce high-quality written assessment reports presenting complex clinical information in a clear, accessible and strengths-based manner for individuals, families and professional stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with psychologists and fellow MDT colleagues to ensure integrated, person-centred assessment formulations.</li><li>Undertake risk screening and safeguarding assessments in line with UK legislation and organisational procedures, with particular attention to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.</li><li>Maintain accurate and contemporaneous case notes and records in line with HCPC standards and UK GDPR requirements.</li></ul>"
