This role is ideal for someone interested in data analytics, operations, and SaaS delivery environments.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with project managers, delivery leads, and operations stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that improve visibility and decision-making across ongoing and future projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dashboard Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and optimize dashboards that track:\n<ul>\n<li>Active projects and milestones</li>\n<li>Resource utilization and capacity</li>\n<li>Project pipeline and upcoming engagements</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and user-friendly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Management &amp; Integration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., project management tools, CRM, resource planning systems)</li>\n<li>Maintain data integrity and consistency across reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Insights</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate recurring reports on delivery performance and trends</li>\n<li>Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities based on data analysis</li>\n<li>Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help standardize reporting frameworks and dashboard structures</li>\n<li>Recommend improvements to data tracking and visualization practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with delivery managers and team leads to understand reporting needs</li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear metrics and visuals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:</li>\n<li>Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Experience with (or willingness to learn):</li>\n<li>Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables)</li>\n<li>BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams</li>\n</ul>",
