      "content": "\n<li>HS Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Associate's degree, bachelor's degree OR technical degree is preferred</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in inside sales / customer service&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in Industrial Distribution or similar industry experience such as <strong>Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Fluid Power, Electrical, Power Transmission, Motors, and Motion Control </strong>is preferred.</li>\n<li>Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail and vendor pricing programs</li>\n<li>Working experience with Trend is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude is needed to be successful in this role.</li>\n"
