About the role
Join our Human Resources team as HR intern to experience the day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment activities, employee engagement initiative and internal HR process, making it ideal for students who want practical experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation Support employee records management, filing, and HR data updates Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events Support onboarding and offboarding preparation activities Provide general support for HR operations and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements Diploma or Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resources operations Good communication and interpersonal skills Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask A proactive team player with a positive and responsible attitude
