To Sells, AZ.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures for new home construction and remodeling projects.</li>\n<li>Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and materials required for plumbing systems.</li>\n<li>Identify and procure required tools, equipment, and plumbing materials for each project.</li>\n<li>Mark and prepare locations for pipe, fixture, and equipment installation.</li>\n<li>Install supports and hangers for piping and fixtures.</li>\n<li>Assemble and install piping systems, valves, fittings, water heaters, tubs, sinks, toilets, appliances, and other plumbing fixtures.</li>\n<li>Test systems for leaks, pressure, and overall performance to ensure compliance with code.</li>\n<li>Apply and adhere to all building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, material usage, and inspections.</li>\n<li>Work in collaboration with general contractors, electricians, HVAC specialists, and other trades to meet project milestones.</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and clean job site and observe proper disposal procedures for materials and debris.</li>\n<li>Follow all TOKA and OSHA safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned in writing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position holds no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n<li>Journeyman Plumber certification OR minimum of 5 years of verifiable plumbing experience in a construction environment.</li>\n<li>Valid Arizona Driver’s License;
