Manager – Theatre Marketing and Audio Sales About Qube Cinema: Qube Cinema is a leading provider of end-to-end digital cinema solutions. We're now looking for dynamic, sales-driven, and self-motivated professionals to join our team in North India and help grow our Theatre Marketing and Audio Sales verticals. Role Summary: The Manager – Theatre Marketing & Audio Sales will be responsible for driving sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions and spearheading theatre marketing initiatives, expanding Qube Business Operations in North India. This dual role demands a blend of strategic marketing, technical sales, and client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably in the cinema or AV industry, and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from cinema owners and consultants to architects and integrators. Key Responsibilities Audio Sales: Drive sales of Qube Immersive Audio solutions in the assigned region and meet/exceed revenue targets. Proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for cinema audio products and services. Collaborate with the regional marketing and technical support team to promote immersive audio offerings. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings in cinema audio. Build strong relationships with cinema consultants, integrators, contractors, architects, and end-users. Coordinate with post-installation support and service teams for successful project handovers. Work with internal finance and logistics teams to manage order dispatches and collections. Track and maintain a pipeline of current and future major sales projects. Theatre Marketing: Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking with industry professionals. Build and manage long-term client relationships with theatre owners and operators. Conduct regular client meetings and present customized solutions based on business needs. Ensure accurate documentation, including agreements, billing details, and service contracts. Follow up with clients for timely payments on RTU (Right to Use) and service invoices. Deliver monthly performance and activity reports, including market trends and competitor insights. Candidate Requirements: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 2 to 6 years in sales/business development in the cinema industry (e.g., technical services, AV solutions, or cinema equipment sales). Strong financial analysis skills. Hands-on experience handling D2C sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets. Knowledge of AV systems, immersive audio, and theatre infrastructure is a plus. Highly organized and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Frequent travel within the assigned region required.
