Arcadis’ Bridge Group delivers “best in class” technical and innovative solutions to our clients on the design, delivery and management of these critical structural resources to our State, municipal and design-build clients. In this position, you will assist the team in the development of bridge and structural drawings to ensure high quality deliverables for multiple clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop bridge plans utilizing Microstation and Open Bridge Modeler</li>\n <li>Perform structural and bridge design tasks including but not limited to bridge geometry calculations and quantity calculations</li>\n <li>Assist with training and onboarding new team members</li>\n <li>Serve as a technical resource to assist others on the team with plan production</li>\n <li>Work on a wide variety of urban and rural projects from preliminary design through final structures plans</li>\n <li>Verify drawings for accuracy and assist in the review of project submittals for compliance with design checklist and drafting standards</li>\n <li>Develop CADD Standard Operating Procedures for state and local clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;Minimum 10-years’ experience</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Proficient with CAD, particularly Microstation, Open Roads, Open Bridge</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Key Attributes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;Familiarity with Ohio DOT design standards and policies</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;Minimum 10 years’ Experience in a consulting environment</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Design Build experience</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Experience with NCDOT, TDOT, GDOT, and/or FDOT bridge policies and procedures a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
