The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the current opening is for the following shift:</p><p><strong>2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am)</strong></p><p><i>Overtime is available/required. Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week!</i></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment</li><li>Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility</li><li><p>Assisting with production duties as needed</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools</li><li>Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours</li><li>Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily</li><li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Pay Rate:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Starting at $31.83/hr<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>DAP is a market leading manufacturer, innovator and marketer of home repair and construction products including caulks, sealants, spray foam insulation, adhesives, and patch and repair products.
