The Financial Analyst plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and data analysis while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial information.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may support or mentor junior team members and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI)</li>\n <li>Create data visualizations and dashboards to clearly communicate financial insights and performance trends</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends and identify opportunities</li>\n <li>Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)</li>\n <li>Support budgeting and forecasting cycles</li>\n <li>Analyze KPIs to improve operational efficiency</li>\n <li>Provide regular reporting to support business operations</li>\n <li>Identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements</li>\n <li>Support audit processes with accurate reporting</li>\n <li>Serve as a point of contact for ad hoc analysis</li>\n <li>Translate complex data into actionable insights</li>\n <li>Collaborate to improve reporting and data governance</li>\n <li>Continuously improve reporting processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, power query)</li>\n <li>Experience with Power BI or similar tools</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Understanding of financial statements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of financial analysis experience</li>\n <li>Experience with Power BI or DAX</li>\n <li>Experience with budgeting and forecasting       </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Flagger Force is an industry leader in traffic control.
