    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Marketing Intern</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are looking for a <strong>Marketing Intern</strong> to create and organize marketing materials that can be used for digital and traditional marketing. This role requires a creative mind who&rsquo;s not afraid to try different strategies based on market research and analytics.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a great role for a student wanting to grow their marketing/advertising knowledge and test their creative skills.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will be responsible for creating and organizing digital and traditional marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and copywriting. This includes writing copy and co-directing informational videos on products, designing basic graphics/infographics, creating social media posts and scheduling them, and collaborating with others in the marketing team to support brand image.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will be working with a hybrid marketing team, customers, and others within the company to capture content. You also work directly with another intern onsite to review each other&rsquo;s work and collaborate on projects.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Collaborate with others to meet marketing and advertising goals; this includes creating and adhering to a multi-media schedule as well as assisting in marketing strategies.</li><li>Write copy for marketing and informational videos, provide directions during filming, and give editorial notes.</li><li>Take ownership in your projects and identify opportunities for improvement; create mockups and be able to clearly describe your vision.</li><li>Routinely check social media accounts.</li><li>Draft marketing emails and newsletters.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze engagement metrics.</li><li>Researching trends and competitor content.</li><li>Communicate effectively; this job will require you to capture a wide range of subjects such as trailer manufacturing, farming, and office employees.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Familiar with content creation.</li><li>Familiar with market research.</li><li>Strong communication skills with both the marketing team and individuals being filmed/photographed.</li><li>Ability to adhere to (or expand on) a multi-media schedule and voice opinions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>1 year of experience.</li><li>Prior marketing, advertising, content creation, videography, web management, or project ownership experience.</li><li>Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Creator Studio.</li><li>Experience reading and analyzing engagement metrics for social media accounts with proof of successful social media campaigns.</li><li>Experience using Squarespace or a similar website building and hosting platform.</li><li>Comfortable working in an environment with evolving requirements.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is someone who looks at our pages and has a million ideas running through their head before they even apply.
