We are looking for talented individuals who are knowledgeable in our industry, professional in their client interactions, and excited to thrive in a fast-growing company. The Acumatica Implementation Lead will play a critical role in guiding clients through the implementation of Acumatica solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of core financial modules, delivering end-user training, and strengthening our Acumatica practice. <br>  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead Acumatica system implementations ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring all aspects of the system align with their financial workflows. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive the growth of our Acumatica practice, bringing enthusiasm and determination to every project. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Effectively communicate and share Acumatica knowledge within the team, fostering a learning environment. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and integration within the Acumatica platform. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing, train, and mentor one dedicated implementation support consultant who will assist with project rollout. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage 4-6 projects concurrently. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a minimum billable utilization of 25-30 hours. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><br></span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to build an Acumatica environment from the ground up. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Successfully completed 10+ Acumatica implementations. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience in Acumatica implementation as a consultant. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with core financial modules within Acumatica. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Acumatica Implementation Specialist certification. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in client-facing roles. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven track record of building successful relationships with clients and team members. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.</span><br>  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Additional Preferred Skills</span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Public accounting experience. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Always Choose Exceptional | Lead with Integrity | Embody Respect and Care Deeply | Embrace Change and Innovation</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Note:</span> Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada; we cannot provide sponsorship at this time.</span></p>",
